June 20, 2009 marked Dan and Karen’s wedding day. As a photojournalist wedding photographer, there was a lot to love about this wedding. Leesburg, Virginia is a beautiful location making our photography easy — the elegant River Creek Country Club with it’s beautiful lighting and unique architecture proved to be a luscious venue. Details abounded! From the unique black and white two tone shoes that Dan wore to the special custom Hershey bar favors.
We especially love how close Dan and Karen are to their families. Karen, as you will see in the slideshow, is a Daddy’s girl. The images below show why a photojournalist wedding photographer should be your choice for your wedding.
The father-daughter dance moved us to tears, as it did Karen. Can you imagine not documenting those special moments? As for Dan, we couldn’t help but be a little emotional when he chose his dad as his best man.
To the happy couple: Dan and Karen, the love you two share for each other is so special and precious. We are so happy to see that you not only found each other, but have built a strong bond, always relying and trusting in each other. We know you have a marriage that will last for children, grand-children and great grand-children to see.

Carolyn Owens - I really enjoyed watching the video, it was very sweet, thanks for sharing it! I think all the new things technology does to help capture something as wonderful as a wedding is really terrific. I loved how many different scenes of the wedding and reception were captured! Between the video and photos you will have many many keepsake moments to treasure. Everyone looked so delighted to be there, you must have taken care of every detail and had everything run very smoothly. Congratulations to both of you!
